These pizza pans are made from 24 gauge steel. They're tough and durable with an industrial release coating so that pizzas can be removed with ease. This pan gives an entirely different bake compared with any other type of pan. The deep dish pans are 1 1/2" deep with a special stacking feature that accommodates preparing dough in advance. When pans are

stacked there is 1 1/4" of clearance for pizza, eliminating the need for covers or racks. The traditional style pans are flat with a low curved rim. This style fits perfectly in the #450 pizza tree. We suggest the use of plastic coated utensils when removing pizza for cutting or serving. This protects the pan surface finish.
